Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans and we are happy to work with you. An initial deposit is due at the time of booking and you have the option to pay in full or to set up a monthly payment plan. For specific information, please contact us directly. If you are booking within 3 months of your event, full payment is due at the time of booking.


Will you work with vendors that I have already found and people I want to work with?

Most definitely! We see it as a window of opportunity to gain new resources in the industry and we love working with new vendors and getting to know and seeing how they work. I have always believed in working as a team regardless if we have worked or not worked with the vendors already chosen.

What is your cancelation policy?

We know life happens, If you need to cancel and if your event is more than 90 days away and paid in full, we can issue you up to 60% refund minus costs of goods spent. This applies regardless of when your initial event date was scheduled or how far out you cancelled. If you cancel within 75 days you will receive a 30% refund minus cost of goods. If you cancel within 45 days of your scheduled event, NO refund is given.

This all sounds so wonderful but it also seems expensive. Are we going to be able to afford it?

We have designed a variety of packages to fit everyone’s style, personality, and budget. These packages range from full planning to “day of” coordination.  You will surely find one that will fit in your pocket.
